Antalya Airport Transfers

In April 2007, a consortium of Fraport and IC Ictas Holding broke all records
in Turkey by securing the tender to operate all three airport terminals in
Antalya with a total concession payment amounting to € 2,37 billion. The
concession for operating all three terminals runs until the year 2024 : 17 years
for International Terminal 1 / Domestic Terminal and 15 years for International
Terminal 2.
Effectively, this tender affords the new joint venture company Fraport IC
İçtaş Antalya Airport Terminal Investment and Management Inc. (established on
the 20th May 2007) the right to the exclusive operation of the Domestic Terminal
and the International Terminal 1 as of September 14th 2007 and then to
incorporate the International Terminal 2 into its operations in 2009. ICF's
sphere of activity also extends to the VIP and CIP Terminals as well as all
other related facilities.

In the past, International Terminal 1 was managed by Fraport from April 1st
1998 to September 13th 2007 and was the first BOT ( Build Operate, Transfer)
project in Turkish aviation history. The Domestic Terminal was previously
operated by the State Airports Authority (DHMI). International Terminal 2 was
operated by Çelebi and IC between April 2005 and September 2009.
