Booking terms and conditions
Introduction
The following procedures apply in relation to contracts arranged by Holiday
Transfer as a supplier for transfers between the departure points and
destinations ("service") specified in the written confirmation issued by Holiday
Transfer.
Holiday Transfer act as "the supplier" at all times.
Status of the Passenger(s) and their agent(s)
The purchaser of the services specified in the written confirmation is the
other party to the contract with the nominated supplier. If the contract is made
by an agent or any other person acting on behalf of the passenger whose name
appears on the written confirmation, then that agent or other person is acting
as the agent of the passengers.
Booking
Bookings may be made online at
www.HolidayTransfer.net web site or by telephone +90 252 4190924. Person booking
our services must be 18 years or over to purchase the service using the payment
methods requested. All bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the service time
requested. Where two or more people are included in the same booking, the person
making the booking "the lead person" shall be deemed to have done so on behalf
of both or all members of the party and he or she accepts these terms and
conditions of the supplier on behalf of himself or herself and each member of
the party. All information provided by the lead person such as Date of services,
Flight Numbers, Landing and Departure Times, number of passengers and
destinations are understood to be correct at the time of booking and supplier
will not take any responsibility of any inconvenience caused by missing or
incorrect information.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. On receipt of such payment,
Holiday Transfer will issue by e-mail the written confirmation with details of
the persons involved in the booking and the transfer booked to the e-mail
address provided by the lead person. The written confirmation acts as the ticket
and must be presented to the Holiday Transfer representative both for arrival,
departure and returns at the set point before starting the journey.
All payments made to Holiday Transfer are non-refundable unless for reasons
beyond purchaser’s control or Holiday Transfer cancels the booking.
Infants under 2 years are free of charge but may be required to sit on an
adult’s lap.
Children aged 2 and over require seats on all forms of transport and will
always be counted as adult and charged at the adult rate.
Booking Amendments
All amendments can be made on the
www.HolidayTransfer.net web site with booking reference number 24 hours before departure.
Any amendments shorter then 24 hours should be made by phone number +90
252 319 50 08 within office hours. Outside office hours amendments can be made
by emergency phone number +0555 966 92 60.
